Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive Knowledge: You should have a solid understanding of general medical and surgical nursing, including best practices, procedures, and protocols. Compassionate Patient Care: You must be proficient in providing compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Vital Signs Monitoring: You should have the ability to accurately monitor and interpret vital signs, recognizing any abnormalities or changes in a patient's condition.
