				<description>Job Title: Chiller Technician

Reporting to: MEP Supervisor/Manager

Department: Operation

Qualifications: Technical certificate or diploma in refrigeration, air-conditioning, or a relevant qualification. Minimum five years of experience in servicing Chilled Water systems (industrial and commercial) as a service technician or mechanic. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and rectifying problems with systems/package units. Proficient in overhauling compressors (screws, centrifugal, and reciprocating). Familiarity with safe working practices, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems. Knowledge of HSEQ practices and policies. Able to prioritize work, maintain accuracy under pressure, and demonstrate a strong teamwork ethic. Good English language ability, both spoken and written, with additional language skills in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu as an advantage.

Responsibilities/Duties: Operate and maintain AC chiller systems, install and replace components, monitor water treatment, conduct maintenance, and respond to emergencies. Carry out site inspections, maintain a safe working area, use tools and chemicals safely, keep detailed records, and comply with processes and procedures.</description>
