General Manager

Major Responsibilities:

1. Direct and coordinate all Divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth.
2. Participate in formulating and administering Company Policies.
3. To establish plans, budgets and results measurements ; review, analyse operations, costs and forecast data to determine Departments progress towards stated goals and objectives.
4. Develop/ review/ update, implement business strategic planning including sales, financial performance and new product additions.
5. To oversee projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
6. To review and support engineering and sales; safety, customer requirements and market growth.
7. To build Company image by collaborating with customers, Government departments and employees enforcing ethical business practices.
8. To ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
9. To foster communication, building trust among team members, inspiring creativity for a cohesive team.
10. To evaluate the consistency and quality of the teams’ efforts, ensuring benchmarks are met along the way towards goal completion.
11. To report to Chairman on all major policy changes prior to implementation and to work in coordination with him.

Educational Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical-Electronics Engineering Degree(preferably Mechanical ) and Masters or equivalent in Management.

Years of experience required: minimum 10 years in similar role.

Experience 8 - 18 Years
Salary 15 Lac To 35 Lac P.A.
