Camp Boss (with HACCPL 3) is responsible for supervising catering and accommodation in assigned camps. They ensure the facility operates within the specified budget while maintaining high operational standards and customer satisfaction. The Camp Boss takes charge of food preparation and service, as well as daily cleaning of accommodation and utility areas. They maintain records, manage store finances, and prepare cyclic menus. Excellent communication with client representatives and quick response to requests and complaints are essential. The Camp Boss also handles emergencies and other camp-related matters. Compliance with HSEQ standards, reporting concerns, and attending meetings/training courses are part of the role. Educational qualifications include a graduate or diploma holder, with a minimum of 3 years\' experience as a Camp Boss. The position offers a salary of 3500 DHS, including food and other benefits like accommodation, medical, and transportation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss with a recognized Catering Company.
Storekeepers with basic food and beverage knowledge and at least five years of experience may also apply.
Previous experience in the Gulf region is a definite advantage.
