Perform all levels of maintenance on UPS, on Single phase UPS', 3 Phase UPS’ and other power systems
equipment including, but not limited to inspection PM’s, battery tests and replacements, load banks,
capacitor and fan replacements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.
• Prepare service reports and other custom checklists in the course of repair, maintenance, recondition
and troubleshooting of power systems equipment.
• Liaise with Project Management to carry out site inspections, commissioning and testing of Project jobs.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients and Conduct installation and breakdown work.
• Interpretation of technical documentation including schematics
• Performance of electrical equipment maintenance routines and battery system maintenance.
• Electrical equipment troubleshooting, primarily UPS.
• 3 or more years’ experience in maintenance of ups system.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, schematics and specifications.
• Prepare service reports and other custom checklists in the course of repair, maintenance, recondition
and troubleshooting of power systems equipment.
