Kitchen Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment in good working order. They must ensure that all machines are functioning properly and provide technical attention when needed. The technician will also maintain records in compliance with HACCP requirements and oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and LPG gas systems in the kitchen. They will perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, check performance, and clean as necessary. The technician will collaborate with engineering staff and respond to maintenance requests from different departments. They must adhere to HSEQ standards, identify potential problems, and report any incidents or unsafe conditions. A minimum of 2 years\' experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in the Gulf area is required.

Basic Salary: 3000 AED (2500 AED + 500 AED Allowance)
