Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients\' mental health conditions, including their emotional, psychological, and behavioral well-being.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients\' needs, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients\' responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.

Provide counseling and therapy to patients, using evidence-based techniques to promote positive mental health and coping strategies.

Monitor and evaluate patients\' progress, documenting observations and updating care plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources for ongoing support.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care, promoting a multidisciplinary approach.

Support patients in developing and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits, including self-care, stress management, and social interactions.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.

Valid registration or license with a recognized nursing body.

GNM/B.Sc. Degree in Nursing.

Minimum of 6 months of relevant nursing experience within the past 18 months.

Academic qualifications and certifications in mental health nursing.

Strong knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders, assessment techniques, and evidence-based interventions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Proficiency in English language skills, as demonstrated by meeting the following criteria:
